The Vestcor Companies broke ground last month on a condominium project in OakLeaf Plantation, the 6,400-acre master-planned community on the western side of Duval and Clay counties. The Cottages at OakLeaf will be in 30 buildings and will consist of 240 flat and town home residences ranging from 1,498 square feet to 1,881 square feet.
