Centex Homes held a Realtor event to show off their new models in The Residences and Hammock Grove in Kernan Forest off Kernan Road close to McCormick Road.
There will be a total of 61 homesites in The Residences starting with a 1,700 square foot home for $180,000. In the multifamily portion of the community, Hammock Grove, there will be 29 buildings with 292 condominium units starting with a 1,122 square foot condominium for $123,000.
The theme of the event was the “Game Room”. Centex will hold several more events that will feature a different theme based on a different room in the model.
