Fish Finz on West Adams Street is open for business. Owned and operated by the Zodiac Grill’s Jerry and Lullia Ewais, the restaurant will be open for lunch Monday through Friday. Focusing almost exclusively on seafood, menu specialties include buttermilk battered fish, grilled cod and calamari. A variety of salads is also available.
