The organizing committee for the annual Realtor/Builder Trade Show and Luncheon met last month to finalize plans for the event, which this year will be Oct. 14 at Alltel Stadium.

In a break from the past, the luncheon and trade show will be together, rather than separate events with the seated luncheon following the merchant displays.
There will be a buffet luncheon served throughout and tables will be available. The entertainment will be by Dave Warner, who originated the Capitol Steppes entertainment troupe in Washington, D.C., and he will give two performances. The shows will be at 11 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. and seating will be limited.
Fewer than 10 booths remain and reservations can be made through Portland Stuart at the Northeast Florida Builders Association, 7625-4355. NEFBA co-sponsors the annual luncheon with the North East Florida Association of Realtors.
Individual tickets are $35.
