Beazer Homes is opening a second gated town home neighborhood, Emerald Preserve, within the community of Bartram Park.
The two-story town homes at Emerald Preserve are available in six floor plans that range from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet of living space. Plans feature two to three bedrooms, two and a half baths, one-car garages and covered patios.
The homes feature knockdown ceilings throughout, nine foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second. Master bedrooms offer walk-in closets and garden tubs in the bath. Prices for the town homes start in the $160s.
