Cypress Glen, Centex Homes ’s latest single-family neighborhood in Fleming Island Plantation, will feature a new floorplan series – The Galleria.
The Galleria Series consists of six floorplans sized between 2,063 and 3,547 square feet and priced starting in the $250,000s. These one- and two-story homes feature three to six bedrooms, two to four bathrooms, attached two-car garages, and stucco, brick or stone exteriors.
Kitchens will feature 42-inch designer cabinets, decorative countertops, Whirlpool appliances, breakfast nooks, and ceramic tile flooring.
