Construction has begun on two model homes by Morrison Homes at St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community. The Lafayette and Wilshire models are new designs for the homebuilder, introduced exclusively for this new community in St. Johns County.
The Lafayette is a 2,531-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom design with a large three-car garage.
Morrison Homes’ Wilshire is 2,234 square feet with four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.
Morrison Homes has seven distinct designs available at St. Johns Forest. The three and four-bedroom homes range from 1,908 to 2,559 square feet of living space. Each home is offered on a 60-foot wide homesite with views of the surrounding preserve. The interior features include tilt out windows, ceramic tile floors, cultured marble countertops in all baths, knockdown ceilings, Whirlpool appliances in the gourmet kitchen, cabinetry, recessed lighting, walk-in closets, and classique interior doors.
Each home is available in a variety of exterior designs including full stucco, stucco with stone accents, nostalgic and coastal. Homes also include a designer landscape package and decorative mailbox. Prices begin at $276,000.
