A portrait presentation ceremony honoring the late Hon. Lawrence D. Fay was held last week in Courtroom 4 of the Duval County Courthouse. Among those present were (from left) daughter Shelley Fay, Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Fay and son Glen Fay. At right is the artist, Andrew Kenyon, who was commissioned by the Jacksonville Bar Association to paint the oil portrait.
