As Hawks Pointe, one of Argyle Forest’s newest and most popular communities begins to take root, Coppenbarger Homes has opened its latest model home. The Hawks Pointe model, a Cannes with Bonus, is a 2,376 square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath family home.
Nearly one-third of the Hawks Pointe’s homesites are already pre-sold to buyers, but 25 lots still remain. Homes range in size from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet, with pr econstruction prices starting at $150,000.
