Jacksonville-based The Hutson Companies has sold 22 acres of land at OakLeaf Plantation to OLK Development, a development partner of national builder Morrison Homes, and 15 acres to national builder Beazer Homes.
Combined, Beazer and Morrison’s development plans call for 382 new town home units in the master-planned community.
Beazer Homes USA will build Cambridge at OakLeaf Plantation, a town home community consisting of 172 units in the Plantation Oaks phase of the OakLeaf development, just west of Branan Field-Chaffee Road.
Within the gated Cambridge community, buyers may choose from six two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet. Prices for the town homes will start in the $140s and sales are anticipated to commence in early June.
Atlanta-based Beazer currently builds homes in more than 40 markets throughout the United States.
Morrison Homes has also planned 210 town home units in the Plantation Oaks phase of OakLeaf Plantation with the name of the development still to be announced. Buyers will have four floor plans from which to choose, with prices starting in the $130s.
