While construction on the corner of Duval and Laura streets continues, workers have moved the barriers on Duval Street approximately 20 feet closer to Main Street, allowing a portion of City Hall traffic to flow more smoothly. A multi-faceted project, Main Library, parking garage and chilled water plant construction personnel are all working simultaneously.
