For the second consecutive year, Rosewood Homes has the first entry in the annual Parade of Homes sponsored by the Northeast Florida Builders Association with three homes being showcased in Clay County.
The Sanibel in Paradise Moorings is the first entry in the this year’s parade, which will be May 1-23. Rosewood Homes is also entering The Devereaux in the River Hills Reserve golf course community of Fleming Island Plantation and The Spinnaker in Cypress Creek in Eagle Harbor.
The first entry, The Sanibel, is one of seven floor plans for Paradise Moorings and is in the $300,000 range.
