The Brennan, Manna & Diamond law firm has hired four attorneys for its Florida offices.
• Randy Fairbanks, who obtained his law degree (with honors) in 1980 and his LLM in taxation in 1984 both from the University of Florida, will oversee, and practice in, the firm’s Florida Business, Corporate, Asset Protection, Estate Planning, and Taxation groups.
• Ursula Eikman, a former senior attorney with Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration, has become an associate with the firm. In addition to her law degree from the University of Florida, Eikman earned a master’s degree in health administration from UF in 2001. Eikman has experience in Health Care Regulatory Compliance, Managed Care Law, Administrative Law, HIPAA, Licensure and Compliance, Risk Management and Physician Practice Issues.
• Brad Feuer, who obtained his law degree in 1990 from the University of Miami, is uniquely qualified to counsel the firm’s health care clients. Feuer is a forerunner in the medical community, with licenses to Practice Health Care Risk Management and Medicine and Surgery in Florida and a doctorate of osteopathic medicine from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also is a fellow at the American College of Legal Medicine and the American College of Forensic Medicine, and is board certified in Family Practice, Forensic Examination, Quality Assurance and Utilizations Review. Feuer will work with the firm’s clients throughout Florida, and be based in the firm’s West Palm Beach satellite office.
• Joe Davis, a board certified health lawyer who received his law degree from George Washington University in 1992, has expertise in federal and state management and consulting, physician hospital and managed care contracting, antitrust law, physician practice issues, and health care litigation. Davis will be based in the firm’s satellite office in Tampa.
