Coldwell Banker Commercial Nicholson Williams Realty has created a new golf course sales division.
“Our strong, long-time presence in the North Florida market, home of the PGA Tour, Champions Tour and the LPGA Tour, uniquely positions us to provide specialized services to buyers of golf course properties throughout the United States,” said Nick Nicholson. “We comprehend the investment and tactical issues specific to this type of property.”
Heading up the Golf Course Sales Division will be Charles “Corky” Smith and Kathy Bissell.
A Jacksonville native and third generation real estate professional, Smith has been with Coldwell Banker Commercial Nicholson Williams Realty since 2000. He played golf in high school and college varsity golf at Princeton University. He is the grandson of a U.S. Seniors Amateur champion and five times Florida amateur champion.
Bissell has been involved in various aspects of the golf industry for 20 years and has worked for the golf development company that created PGA West and The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island, authored two golf books and produced over 250 golf television programs. She also consults for the World Golf Hall of Fame. Her family has been in real estate for more than 40 years in Illinois. Bissell is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
