Centex Homes has opened its two newest communities in Fleming Island Plantation – Lake Ridge Villas North and South.
Lake Ridge Villas North is a condominium townhome community that offers three floor plans sized between 1,268 and 1,812 square feet priced starting in the mid-$120’s. Lake Ridge Villas South is a community of paired villas that features 1,650-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom and 1,721-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom floorplans starting in the high-$170’s.

North Florida Builders has reached 50 percent sold in Bartram Plantation, a residential community the intersection of Greenbriar Road and SR 13 in Northwest St. Johns County.
Fewer than 15 North Florida Builders homesites remain at Bartram Plantation. The company also has three show homes available for early delivery

Beazer Homes has purchased homesites in the newest phase at Amelia View and is now selling at pre-grand opening prices.
Beazer has 34 homesites in the new phase at Amelia View with many of the homesites having views of the Samples and Starratt creeks, the surrounding conservation area and community lakes

Atlantic Builders has opened its new and expanded Selection Center, a showroom where homebuyers make the decisions that personalize their new homes. The center, now more than twice its original size, is housed within the company’s corporate office at 7800 Belfort Parkway in Jacksonville.

Watson Realty Corp. says that written business for the first quarter of 2004 exceeded $1 billion and increased by 38.02 percent company-wide over last year’s figures for the same quarter.
Written business for the month of March was particularly strong, as it represented a 52.95 percent over the same month in 2003.

The Landings at Belle Rive have passed the one-year mark since opening to the public and the condominium conversion property already is more than two-thirds sold.
This 30-acre community is in Jacksonville’s Southside with 276 condominiums.

KB Home has opened its newest community, Dunn’s Creek Plantation.
The community is near I-295 and the Jacksonville International Airport. The sales center is open daily from noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday and Monday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. the other days.
There are two models, 12 floor plans and are priced from the $150’s.

All waterfront homesites have been sold in Romeo Point, Matovina & Company’s new gated community. One of the original investors in the Fleming Island community has released an additional waterfront homesite, which is available for $675,000.
Located off Creighton Rd. with lots on Doctor’s Lake, Romeo Point has 28 homesites, including nine waterfront lots.
Construction is underway on the nautical-themed community’s gated entry. All of the waterfront lots have bulkheads and dock permits are in place.

Only three homesites remain in St. Johns by the Sea, a North Jacksonville waterfront community.

There are currently 364 homes under construction in the World Golf Village according to Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty, Inc.
There are 59 single-family homes under construction in King & Bear, 72 units at Laterra at World Golf Village, 118 in the neighborhoods surrounding the Slammer & Squire, and 64 homes under construction in The Meadows at World Golf Village.
In Heritage Landing, the community being developed by D.R. Horton, another 51 homes are underway.

Water’s Edge Oceanfront Condominium will consist of only 17 homes at 123 First Street South. It’s being done by Trident Realty Corp, a Ponte Vedra Beach developer.
