Winning a Laurel is hard enough. Repeating that win is really hard.
Terry Sadowski of Arvida has pulled off that feat, winning the Top Producer of the Year, Realtor honor for the second year in a row.
The Arvida ace has been a key in the quick growth of St. Johns Golf and Country Club and it’s the best of both worlds for him - he’s selling homes on an award-winning golf course.
Sadowski has been one of the area’s best players for several years, though the workdays all too often don’t leave enough practice time. He has won several invitational tournaments in the Jacksonville area and even tried the professional ranks.
That proved to him that he needed another career, but he got his chance to try to live his dream and competed against such present PGA Tour players as John Daly and Bob Estes.
“I had to do something else and I chose real estate,” he said.
He caught on with Mercedes Homes and four years ago joined Arvida at the St. Johns development.
