Lifestyles Realtors has acquired Sawgrass Real Estate Sales, Inc.
Sawgrass Real Estate Sales currently maintains its main office at 818 North Highway A1A, Suite 201, in Ponte Vedra Beach and recently opened a satellite office at 183 Landrum Lane, off of County Road 210 across from the YMCA.
The offices will be led by Karen Aibel, director of sales for Lifestyles Realtors. Sawgrass Real Estate Sales associates joining the new company include Lynn Saul, Kelly Whitaker and Wanda Peterson, Geoff Blum, Suzy Connelly and Steve Connelly. Barbara Turk, Suzanne Stephens and Bonnie Locke have recently joined the organization.
Lifestyles Realtors’ history began in Jacksonville Beach three years ago when Bugg opened a small office with two sales associates.
A second Lifestyles Realtors’ office was opened at 1620 Margaret St., Suite 103 in Riverside which specializes in selling properties in Jacksonville’s re-emerging downtown neighborhoods. These include single-family homes, contemporary lofts and condominiums in Riverside, Avondale, Springfield and other historic communities.
Another offshoot of the company is The Condo Connection.
