Beachside Mortgage Services has moved its corporate office to 2036 Mayport Road. The company was previously located on Penman Road in Jacksonville Beach.
President Greg Winkler said that the move is a good example of the concepts he teaches his clients.
“In our former location, we were leasing,” Winkler said. “By purchasing the building, we have gained more space and greater visibility, but the most important factor is that we own it. It’s a big step to invest in real estate, but as property values continue to rise, we will benefit.”
