Kathy Heykens of Watson Realty will soon be sailing away to a one-night escape at the Ritz-Carlton on Amelia Island, thanks to a recent giveaway sponsored by Coppenbarger Homes and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
The prize was awarded at this year’s 25th Annual Realtor-Builder Luncheon.
Heykens says she plans to share the stay with her mother, who is also her business partner. The prize includes a night’s stay in a luxury two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath suite with a view of the ocean.
