Morrison Homes is launching pre-sales on its newest phase at Bartram Springs, which boasts a selection of the community’s largest homesites, many with lake and conservation views.
The company has 40 80-foot homesites available in this new phase and ranch-style homes range from 2,318 to over 3,330 square feet and are priced from the high $200s.
Visitors to Bartram Springs may tour five models: the Coventry, Chamberlain, Windsor IV, Wakefield II and Somerset.
