Moe’s Southwest Grill opened a cart at the Landing this week. The restaurant signed a one-year lease and, depending on how sales go, could look to move into a permanent home in the downtown shopping center. Currently, the menu consists of chicken, steak and vegetable burritos, but it could expand as demand dictates.
