Slippery roads and bad timing led to a minor accident Monday morning at the intersection of Newnan and Monroe streets. Just before 11 a.m. a motorist driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse slammed into the back of a Jacksonville Transportation Authority bus causing damage to the car, but practically none to the bus. No one was harmed in the accident and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene.
