Mercedes Homes has opened Phase II of Waterbrook Falls, a collection of 45 new homesites in a North Jacksonville neighborhood.

The fully decorated Michele IV is a 2,384 square foot, four bedroom home with three bathrooms and a second-floor bonus room and bath. It features a traditional Florida design with a split bedroom layout that includes a large central family room, open kitchen and separate living and dining rooms.
