Carrying the torch for Special Olympics

About 50 members of Jacksonville’s law enforcement community participated in the Torch Run April 15 to raise money for the Special Olympics. Some participated in a 5K run while others opted to walk. Here, the runners and walkers listen as Sgt. Jim Suber with the JSO Office of Special Events explains the running and walking routes.
