Engle Homes has opened a model in the Silver Creek community in Clay County.

The Sapphire’s three bedroom, three bathroom layout also includes a large family room and an upstairs bonus room that can be used as an additional bedroom. The Sapphire floor plan at Silver Creek is priced starting in the $160s.
Silver Creek will offer four floor plans from which to choose ranging from 2,096 to 2,468 square feet and priced starting in the low $160s.
