Engle Homes, a member of the Tousa family of homebuilders, is preparing a small number of homes in the St. Johns County community of Whisper Ridge which will be available for a year-end move-in.
“These are the last of the new homes Engle Homes has under construction in Whisper Ridge,” said Greg Souris, vice president of sales and marketing for Engle Homes. “There is a broad range of designs and features from which to choose.”
The last available Engle homes at Whisper Ridge range in size from the 1,483-square-foot Ruby to the 2,468-square-foot Santa Cruz, with several other styles and designs in between.
