More than 150 people celebrated Prudential Network Realty’s fifth anniversary of its Incubator Program, a training program established for the company’s newly licensed real estate professionals.

“We launched the Incubator Program to align with our commitment to our customers,” said Sheron Willson, broker and director of training. “In order to provide the utmost in service to our customers, we must hire the best and provide them with the most in-depth training available. Prudential Network Realty is committed to providing the best training for our new associates.”

Prudential Network Realty’s training program goes beyond educational courses in a classroom. The interactive program provides training, coaching and support for Prudential Network Realty associates. From individual coaching to establishing business plans, associates are given the tools and support they need to build and succeed in their real estate careers.

Since introducing the Incubator Program five years ago Prudential Network Realty’s fall-out rate among new real estate professionals has decreased to approximately 16 percent while the national average has increased to more than 90 percent. Prudential Network Realty’s new agents, all of whom have successfully completed and graduated from the program, account for nearly 20 percent of the gross commission income for the company.
