Trident Realty Corp welcomed more than 200 guests to a special VIP event with the theme Town and Country Chic at Palencia’s Holiday Showhouse at the Valencia and Cordova model homes at The Villas of Augustine Island.
Guests at the VIP event enjoyed valet parking, gourmet cuisine and live music from Mid-Life Crisis as they toured Trident’s Valencia and Cordova models. One lucky attendee, Palencia resident Barbara Colton, won the Town and Country mini room makeover valued at $500.
The Palencia Holiday Showhouse showcases holiday décor by the area’s top designers and florists. The Villas of Augustine Island models, the Valencia and the Cordova, have holiday lights, trees, greenery, ornaments and more.
The showhouse designers include Interiors by Design, Bad Alice, Oh Babe Bee, Anything with Plants and Flowers, Sunflowers, L.M. Chung, Ltd., Garden Room and Palencia Realty. Their holiday home decorating ideas at the Palencia Holiday Showhouse will be available for viewing until Christmas.
The Holiday Showhouse is open to the public 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, noon-5 p.m. Sundays and closed Mondays through Dec. 23.
