Mattamy Homes’ newest community in Nassau County has 27 70-foot homesites that have just been offered for sale.
There is also a selection of 10 different floor plans.
New homes in Hickory Village are priced from the $140s and include floor plans ranging in size from 1,402 to 3,000 square feet. In addition, every Mattamy Home includes—as a standard feature—an upgraded landscaping package that includes a fully sodded front and rear yard, irrigation system and an ornamental tree and additional shrubs.
Hickory Village can be reached by taking I-95 north to A1A East. Turn right on Miner Road and proceed one mile to Hickory Village on the right. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from noon until 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
