Jan Shields of Atlantic Beach was recognized as Watson Realty’s Top Salesperson of the Year at the annual awards ceremony last month at the University Center at the University of North Florida.
Shields closed volume in excess of $66 million to take the top honors.
Debbie Shagnea of Mandarin South was recognized as the only Platinum Pinnacle Award member with over $40 million in closed volume and 20 received the Gold Pinnacle Award (closed volume over $10 Million), 65 received the Silver Pinnacle Award, 128 received the President’s Club Award, and 54 the Million Dollar Award for the first time.
Rookie of the Year honors were awarded to Leslie Trescot of Mandarin South.
Other awards included Highest Number of Listings Sold, Shagnea; 2nd Highest Number of Listings Sold, Shields; and Most Closed Volume in Relocation Referrals, Ro Andrade of Fleming Island.
The Ponte Vedra Office received the Relocation Medallion of Excellence Award, Most Referrals to Property Management, and was also recognized as the company’s top Office with over $213 million in closed business.
