Co-developers Mike Balanky and Jay Southerland were joined by Jacksonville Mayor John Peyton and members of the future condominums sales team in the ceremonial groundbreaking at San Marco Place last month. The 21-story building will have 141 condos from $189,000 to over $1 million and construction started the day after the Super Bowl. Balanky said the building is 75 percent pre-sold and that construction is scheduled to take 18 months.
