Weighing in at the Landing

Thirty-four fighters from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office and the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department came out Tuesday evening at the Landing to have their official weights recorded for the annual charity boxing event that pits the two departments against each other in Friday’s 7th annual Guns ‘n Hoses boxing match at the Arena. Police officer Clarence James was the heaviest at 342 pounds during Tuesday night’s weigh-in.
