Legal community honors Lou Frost

More than 300 people gave Public Defender Lou Frost a big retirement party Thursday at the Morocco Shrine Temple.

Organized by a committee that included lawyers and judges, the party included speeches in tribute to the man who retired this year after serving as the city’s Public Defender for 36 years.
