Getting around during Super Bowl

Times, dates and fees of transportation services in the downtown area in the days leading up to and including the Super Bowl game in Feb. 6 as provided by Downtown Vision Inc.

Downtown Trolley Service (Business Hours)

The Jacksonville Transportation Authority says that the Downtown Trolley running to the Arena lot, as well as the other Downtown Trolleys, will be in operation.

Due to the closure on Bay Street during Super Bowl week, the Trolley’s route will be altered: the route from the Sports Complex will

follow Duval St. to Liberty St. to Adams St. to Pearl St. to Forsyth St. The return trip will follow Forsyth St to Liberty St. to Monroe St to Catherine St. to Duval St. back to the trolley lot.

Super Shuttle Service

The Super Shuttle Service will run every 15 minutes, during the

following hours:

Thursday, February 3: 4 p.m.-3 a.m.

Friday, February 4: 4 p.m.-3 a.m.

Saturday, February 5: 9 a.m.-3 a.m.

Sunday, February 6: 9 a.m.-3 a.m.

Super Shuttle Lot Locations

Osborn Center, Kings Avenue Parking Garage, Emerson Street and Philips Highway, Interstate and Dunn Avenue, and Lane Avenue and I-10. The lot at J. Turner Butler and Philips Highway will be opened only if the Emerson Street/Philips Highway lot is full.

Super LOOPer

A dedicated continuous LOOPer will travel between the Shipyards (T-U SuperFest), Kings Avenue Parking Garage (NFL Experience) and the Osborn Center. The LOOPer will also load/unload at Lee Street near the Osborn Center. The Super LOOPer will run every 15 minutes during the following hours:

Thursday, February 3: 2 p.m.-3 a.m.

Friday, February 4: 2 p.m.-3 a.m.

Saturday, February 5: 9 a.m.-3 a.m.

Sunday, February 6: 9 a.m.-3 a.m.

JTA Super Skyway Service

JTA will be extending Skyway service during Super Bowl week. The Super Skyway will run every 5-6 minutes during the following hours:

Thursday, February 3: 6 a.m.-3 a.m.

Friday, February 4: 6 a.m.-3 a.m.

Saturday, February 5: 9 a.m.-3 a.m.

Sunday, February 6: 9 a.m.-3 a.m.

Note: Skyway service will be suspended 15 minutes prior to the start of the fireworks display and will resume 30 minutes after the fireworks display.

After 6 p.m. on Thursday, February 3 and Friday, February 4 and all day Saturday, February 5 and Sunday, February 6, Skyway riders must have a JTA Super Bowl One Day pass for that day or a Four Day Transit Pass to ride. Cash fares will not be accepted.

Fares and Fees

Super Bowl Transit Passes will be required for riders of the Super Shuttle, Super LOOPer and Super Skyway and are on sale at all Winn-Dixie stores in Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau and Baker counties.

In addition, passes may be ordered from the JTA by mail or phone. During the Super Bowl events, passes can be purchased at JTA’s

Park-n-Ride lots and select Skyway Stations.

One-day pass: $5. To be used January 29 or 30 and February 3, 4, 5 or 6)

Four-day pass: $20 for February 3-6.

Super Shuttle Parking Fees

Kings Avenue Garage: $5 per day and $20 on Super Bowl Sunday (cash only, fee collected at garage, exact change preferred).

Convention Center: $5 per day and $20 on Super Bowl Sunday (cash only, fee collected at garage, exact change preferred).

All other remote lots: no charge.

There will be a specified time each night when all cars must exit the Kings Avenue Parking Garage and the Super Bowl shuttle lots or they will be towed at owner’s expense. Hours of garage and lots will be posted at each location.

Locals’ Weekend at the NFL Experience

JTA will be offering special services and hours on January 29-30 for access to the NFL Experience.

Buses (every 15 minutes.)

Saturday, January 29: 9 a.m.-11 p.m.

Sunday, January 30: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.

Skyway (every 5 -6 minutes)

Saturday, January 29: 9 a.m.-11 p.m.

Sunday, January 30: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
