Centex Homes has opened a sales office for MiraVista at Harbortown, a new waterfront community on the Intracoastal. The sales office is in unit 804 in Building 8. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
The 2,050-square-foot sales center is situated within The Cortez, one of MiraVista’s three model homes.
MiraVista offers two additional model homes ranging in size from 1,690 to 2,674 square feet. All units include a detached garage, three bedrooms and either two-, three- or three-and-one-half bathrooms. Prices start in the $500s.
