Watson Realty Corp. hosted a Groundbreaking Ceremony on last month for its new OakLeaf Plantation Office at 8465 Merchants Way. Manager/Broker Don Shamblin and the sales team at Watson’s OP/Argyle Office are projected to move into the new building by January.
Constructed by Kur-Star Construction, the 16,000 square foot building will feature concrete block and brick construction, a tile roof, and offer state-of-the-art technology. It will become home to up to 80 agents and will provide additional space to be leased as well.
The ceremony was attended by many members of the Watson management staff. The sales team from Watson’s OP/Argyle Office was also present, along with several other special guests.
