A broken water pipe caused a small section of Newnan Street at the corner of Bay Street to start slowly sinking into the sidewalk over the past couple of weeks. Workers from the City’s Public Works Department began repairing it Tuesday morning. What was a four-man, one-day job has turned into what may be a several day affair.
