American Land Ventures, developer of The Peninsula on the Southbank, recently hosted a party to show area real estate agents the progress of the condo tower.
Company President Granvil Tracy said that condos in the 37-story tower are 85 percent sold. Residences begin on the 10th floor with retail and offices underneath.
Condos still available run from the mid-$300s to the low $900s with penthouses priced from $1 million.
