Beazer Homes has unveiled its fully furnished model homes at Deerwood Place Condominiums and officially opened the new mid-rise condominium community off Southside Boulevard.
The first of six buildings to be completed at Deerwood Place is nearly 80 percent sold out. Beazer Homes’ seven remaining residences in the first building are ready for immediate move-in.
The second building at Deerwood Place is currently under construction and experiencing brisk sales with many of the residences already under contract. Homes in the second building are anticipated to be ready for move-in by October.
“The turnout we have had from buyers and Realtors during recent events at Deerwood Place tells us that this has been a highly anticipated community,” Vice President Tom Daddario said. “We anticipate the remaining residences at Deerwood Place will go fast.”
Beazer Homes is offering five two- and three-bedroom designs with screened patios at Deerwood Place Condominiums.
The floor plans are open and range from 1,432 to 2,025 square feet of living space with penthouses offering over 2,800 square feet of comfortable luxury.
All residences feature kitchens with GE appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, overhead recessed lighting, solid surface countertops with integrated sinks, as well as bathrooms with garden tubs and a separate glass enclosed shower in the master suite.
Price start in the mid-$200s.
Residents of Deerwood Place have controlled access, covered ground-level parking, individual storage closets and two elevators in each building.
