Morrison Homes has broken ground and construction is underway on the homebuilder’s Briar Oaks townhomes at OakLeaf Plantation in Clay County.

“Townhome living is experiencing a tremendous growth in popularity in Northeast Florida,” said Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tracy Noble. “Our Briar Oaks townhomes at OakLeaf Plantation offer buyers all the amenities of a master-planned community with the convenience of a maintenance-free lifestyle.”

Morrison Homes’ Briar Oaks townhomes are available in four three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom floor plans ranging from 1,400 to over 1,800 square feet of living space.

The company is now forming an interest list for buyers who wish to be among the first to call Briar Oaks home and will begin pre-selling in spring. Once complete, Briar Oaks will feature more than 160 townhomes and three decorated models, which will be open this summer.

The new townhomes are priced from the $160s.
