Cape Sound is the newest development in Prudential Network Realty’s portfolio.

It will offer two and three-bedroom, three-story town homes with large two-car garages and elevators in the three bedroom residences. Homes range from 1,992 to more than 2,786 square feet of living with prices starting in the low $400s.
Construction will soon be underway at Cape Sound with an anticipated summer 2006 completion date of the first phase of 72 units.
Cape Sound is located on Sadler Road, a quarter of a mile from the ocean on Amelia Island. This location puts Cape Sound within walking distance from the beach and adjacent to restaurants and shopping.
