Providence Homes has partnered with Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Builders Care to build the 2005 “Home From The Heart” house.

Representatives from Providence Homes and NEFBA Builders Care recently gathered to break ground on the “Home From The Heart” house, the sale of which will benefit local First Coast elderly, disabled and disadvantaged citizens who cannot afford construction services by traditional means.

Plans for the “Home From The Heart” house include a two-story, 2,580-square-foot four-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath, with a study. The house is in Greenland Chase — Providence Homes’ new master-planned community in Mandarin. The home features a traditional Neo-Classical elevation with a covered patio and three-car tandem garage.

Providence Homes and its trade partners will donate time, effort and materials to keep the home’s actual building cost at a minimum. Upon completion, the “Home From The Heart” house will be sold with all proceeds going directly toward NEFBA Builders Care.
