Allegiance Development has opened the third phase at the Amelia Island condominium community of Cape Sound.

“The elegant and luxurious features of these Cape Sound condominium homes have struck a positive chord with homebuyers,” said Mary Anne Hashem, director of Builder Sales & Marketing, the Prudential Network Realty division which is marketing Cape Sound. “With the first and second phases of Cape Sound selling out so quickly, we do not expect these latest homes to stay on the market for long.”

The third phase of development at Cape Sound includes the construction of 12 condominium homes in three buildings on the community’s 2.5-acre lake. These are the first buildings of eight to be built.

“This is the best time to purchase a lakefront home at Cape Sound,” Hashem said. “There is a limited supply of homes in Cape Sound with such beautiful views.”

Homes in Cape Sound start in the high $500s and there are three floor plan designs ranging from 1,992 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to more than 2,780 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and an elevator standard in the two larger plans.

The Cape Sound homes feature a range of luxuries from wood, tile and natural stone flooring to granite kitchen countertops and custom 42-inch cabinetry. Kitchens also include smooth cooktop ranges, stainless steel double-door refrigerators with dispensable ice-makers and water, self cleaning ovens and microwaves, and stainless steel double-sinks with disposals.

Cape Sound, developed by Dallas-based Allegiance Development, will have 18 two and three-story buildings featuring a native Florida architectural style including different shades of pastel wood siding, metal roofs, large porches and two-car garages for each residence in the rear of the building. Cape Sound will have a controlled access gated entry with a decorative stucco wall around the perimeter and lush landscaping throughout the community, which is a quarter-mile walk from the Atlantic Ocean.

The sales center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. For more information about Cape Sound, visit www.capesoundcondos.com or call Suzanne Cash and Denise Gerrard at the cape Sound sales center at (904) 261-1810 or (888) 253-3410.

Owned and managed by President Charles Ames, the development firm recently celebrated the opening of Cape Sound on Amelia Island and The Tuscany at Marsh Lakes, located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Nassau County.
