Kingsouth Construction announces its groundbreaking of three furnished model homes and eight spec homes at Majestic Oaks in Glynn County, Ga.

The 400-home community is the first residential development project in Glynn County for the company, led by third generation Jacksonville builder Christopher Dostie.

Kingsouth Construction purchased the community in late 2005 and launched its plan immediately.

“We are excited to be able to announce our progress,” said Christopher Dostie, founder and president of Kingsouth. “The area is growing and we have already experienced tremendous interest.”

Majestic Oaks features home designs from 1,750 to 2,500 square feet priced from the $180s. The community features a pool and pavilion, a playground and play field.

“This is somewhat of a unique idea for this area,” continued Dostie. “We are introducing amenities, designs and interior options not often found here in this price range.”

The model homes will open soon. In addition, the models and sales center will be open six days a week, including Sunday. The model homes will be open for tours and sales Mondays and Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
