Ray Hayes was one of two dozen volunteers from the Chamber of Commerce’s Downtown Council who painted 200 new paw prints on Bay Street from the Main Street Bridge to Alltel Stadium Saturday morning. The Downtown Council has tackled this project every year since 1995 as a way to prepare for the Jaguars’ season and guide fans to the games.
