In the construction business, cranes mean progress. However, looking at the Southbank it’s the lack of cranes that indicate progress. Last week, there were fives cranes working on some stage of The Strand, San Marco Place and The Peninsula. This week, with The Strand and San Marco place nearing completion, only two are left and they are working on The Peninsula.
