Market regular Arthur “Crabcake King” Glaser sported a summery golf shirt while grilling his goods.
• Friday appeared to be an unofficial “bring your kid to work” day at City Hall. Several city employees brought their children to their offices, transforming the typically hushed environment into a hall of giggles.
