Politicians do have hearts, at least the Mayor of Jacksonville does. John Peyton received a health screening Wednesday by Orlando-based Healthfair USA. Director of Operations Rochelle Rosario performed the ultrasound of Peyton’s heart which depicts the resting function of the heart, as well as an ultrasound of his carotid (neck) arteries, used to detect the possibility of stroke. Peyton said the process was “perfectly painless” and encouraged citizens to get screenings as well.
