Engle Homes has sold 40 percent of its homesites in Parque Diane, a north Jacksonville community.
“Homebuyers have been receptive to the stunning collection of plans Engle Homes is offering in this exclusive north Jacksonville community,” said Greg Souris, vice president of sales and marketing for Engle Homes.
Of the 107 homesites Engle Homes has available in Parque Diane, nearly half have been taken. Prices range from the high-$240s to the mid-$300s.
Engle Homes is building a limited number of homes available for quick move-in and includes homes sized from 2,096 to 3,200 square feet.
