Jeffrey Rouwhorst puts the finishing touches on The Carling’s terrazzo front walkway. The project began in early December and as of lunch time Wednesday was “hours away from completion.” When the building was being renovated, the historic terrazzo was damaged and developer Vestcor Cos. agreed to replace the walkway. However, it now says The Carling and not The Roosevelt Hotel.
